14-day window. If you're not satisfied, contact us within 14 days of a payment and we'll review a refund for that billing period in good faith.
How to request. Email [email protected] from your account email with the reason. We typically respond within a few business days.
Cancellation vs refund. You can cancel anytime from Account → Billing to stop future charges; you keep Pro until the period ends. A refund (returning money already paid) is separate and follows this policy.
Yearly plans. For yearly plans, the 14-day window applies from the payment date. After that, the subscription runs to term and cancellation stops the next renewal.
Abuse. Repeated buy-refund cycles or clear abuse may be declined.
