This policy explains what data NicheRoza collects and how it's used.
What we collect. Account data (email, name). Usage data (searches you run, channels you track) to operate the service and enforce limits. Basic technical data (IP, user-agent, country) for security and analytics.
Payments. Card payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe handles them. We store a Stripe customer/subscription id and your plan status.
How we use it. To provide and improve the service, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, and send essential account/transactional emails.
Sharing. We do not sell your data. We share only with processors needed to run the service (e.g. Supabase for database/auth, Stripe for payments, Resend for transactional email).
YouTube data. Data we pull from YouTube is public data via the official API. We cache it to operate the product.
Your rights. You can request access to or deletion of your account data by emailing [email protected]. Deleting your account removes your personal data.
Retention. We keep data while your account is active and as needed for legal/operational reasons.
